Workstation Reservation System

The library is hard at work to keep you safe and healthy making the necessary adjustments to meet the Green Pass requirements.

As of Sun. 04/04/21, entry into the library for study will only be permitted to readers with Green Pass or a Recovery Certificate by reserving a personal workstation in advance in the computerized booking system>>


Readers who are not identified by the reservation system should call 03-6407977.

Borrowing books can be done by filling the “Straight from the Shelf” form. No need to reserve a workstation for that.

Work Station

Workstations may be reserved for Sunday through Thursday.


Reservations are limited to to six hours a day max. One reservation per day.


Reservations may only be made up to three day in advance.


The chair may not be moved to another station.


Your stay in the library is only permitted during the pre-booked hours.


The number of workstations is limited. Please be sure to cancel your reservation if you know you cannot make it, allowing others to book it.


Please bring your own laptop computer and all necessary equipment (headphones, mice, chargers, etc). The library cannot loan out headphones.


According to the Green Pass Regulations:

Two-meter social distancing must be kept at all times while in the library.

Workstations must be cleaned before and after using them, with clean wipes that are provided at the entrance to every floor and at the library entrance.

Sanitary face-masks must be used at all times while in the library.
