Computer Technical Support
General Information
The staff is responsible for:
- Continuous maintenance and repair of all computers in the library
- Support for passwords and off-campus access to the library resources
- Technical support for software programs, Microsoft Office, and Web browsers
- Printing assistance in conjunction with "Mafil."
- Connecting laptops to the University computer network
- Future developments in computer technologies in the library
